Orders are shipped on either Monday or Wednesday, excluding observed holidays within the United States via USPS.
Typically, it takes 2 business days for an order to be
shipped and 5 - 7 business days to be delivered.
You will receive email updates on the progress of your order. If you have any additional concerns, please feel free to contact us here.
Shipping is free on all orders over $75, $8.95 flat rate on all orders below $25 - $75 and $6.95 for orders under $25. Expedited service (1 business day for an order to be
packed and 2 - 3 business days to be delivered) is available for a flat rate fee of $25.95. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you prefer to pick up your order click the ‘PICK UP’ option at checkout. Pick-ups are scheduled Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm EST.

DROP OFF SERVICES
The Healing Junkie offers drop off services for customers in a 10-mile radius of Hollywood, FL for a fee of $15 for orders under $200, free for orders over $200. Click the ‘DROP-OFF’ option at checkout and choose an available time slot. Drop offs are available Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm EST.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with one of our products that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days from the date your product was delivered for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back. The item(s) must be returned in good condition, in the original jar to ensure full credit.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-5 business days upon us receiving your returned product.
We are not responsible for lost, held, damaged or unclaimed packages. As soon as a package ships, we provide tracking information for your convenience. It is your responsibility to be aware of delivery dates and arrange delivery, re-delivery or pick-up with your local post office if it becomes necessary.
