Ingredients
¾ cup dairy free milk
1 tbsp dark maple syrup (optional)
3 tbsps chia seeds
Instructions
Mix dairy free milk, chia seeds and maple syrup (optional) in mason jar with a fork.
Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Enjoy with seasonal fruit (optional: nuts, coconut or seeds).
