Freshly Squeezed Tropical Punch Juice

Preservative-free and properly combined, this tropical fruit punch juice recipe is a vibrant blend of pineapple, apples, pears, oranges, and lime.


Perfect for summer, a refreshing treat on a hot day or post workout.


Ingredients

1 pineapple (cut off skin) cut into chunks

2 apples, cut into chunks

2 pears, cut into chunks

2 oranges, cut into chunks

1 lime, cut into quarters

1 passionfruit (if available)

Baking soda


Tools:

Juicer


Instructions

  1. Soak fruit in warm water and baking soda for 15 mins. Rinse with clean water.

  2. Cut fruits into pieces that are small enough to fit into your juicer.

  3. Juice all fruit.

  4. Cool and enjoy.


Yields about 42oz
